Refund Policy

At Dehnee Perfume, we offer free returns for all sale items within 7 days of receipt, provided certain conditions are met. Returns must be made from the original shipping country and are accepted only in cases where there is a manufacturing defect or a mismatch in the product received.

All returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with Dehnee Perfume tags, any included sampling pieces, and booklets intact. We do not accept returns of items that are incomplete, damaged, altered, or show signs of use; such items will be sent back to the customer. If all return conditions are satisfied, there will be no return charges.
