Refund Policy

At Dehnee Perfume, we offer free returns for all sale items within 3 days of receipt, provided certain conditions are met.
1) Items bought online through dehnee.com must be returned via our local customer support. Any item bought on a third-party website is not our responsibility.

2 ) Returns must be made from the original shipping country.

3 ) Accepted only in cases where there is a manufacturing defect. If the wrong product was delivered by our mistake, we will exchange it free of charge.

4 ) All returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with Dehnee Perfume tags, any included sampling pieces, and booklets intact.

5 ) We do not accept returns of items that are incomplete, damaged, altered, or show signs of use; such items will be sent back to the customer.

6 ) Return charges are not applicable if you meet the above conditions.

 

Receiving A Refund

No refunds for cash on delivery orders. Refunds will be accepted only for orders that are paid for through an online payment method & at the time of refund in any case courier & bank charges will be deducted. On RECEIPT of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by the bank of your payment method within 20 working days. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding UAE public holidays. Please retain your Shipping Note until you have RECEIVED your refund.

Cancellations

In certain circumstances, before your order has been dispatched, we may be able to cancel your order. However, once your order is dispatched or about to be dispatched, we cannot cancel your order. In an emergency situation, you are required to inform us via the given email (marketing@dgtdxb.com) about your cancellation.

Incomplete Orders
           If, in any case, we have given you an incomplete order, kindly email marketing@dgtdxb.com & shop.online@dgtxb.com or call or send us a WhatsApp message at +971 5855 44163 within 2 days of receiving the order. Any requests for claims after 2 days of receiving the products will be subject to approval only.
